The lettings process

Step 1

The valuation

Everything starts with a valuation of your property, where we’ll normally meet you at the property to gain an understanding of your goals and the property itself. We’ll also provide advice on marketing, price, the market, the rental process and anything else you need to know about letting your home.

Step 2

Marketing

We take professional photos and floor plans and market your home to the widest possible audience online and via out networks. We have strong ties with dozens of search and relocation agents who often provide high paying corporate tenants.

Step 3

Offers

We’ll qualify and negotiate all offers and provide advice on which we think you should accept. Once accepted we’ll take a holding deposit from the tenant and start the referencing process.

Step 6

Move In & the Tenancy

On move-in day we’ll hand over the keys and ensure your tenants are happy in their new home. Shortly after move in we’ll provide you with your first statement and pay forward rent, less our fees, as it comes in. If we’re managing the property we will be the first point of contact for your tenants and handle any maintenance issues, always keeping you in the loop.
