I can’t recommend Mike Horne at Brik highly enough. I have bought and sold 10 times in the last 10 years and count two of my previous agents as great friends (they even came to my wedding!), but Mike was by far and away the best agent I have ever dealt with. He was incredibly professional and unbelievably diligent, he definitely works harder than any other agent in the area (believe me, I have dealt with them all at some point!). He worked so hard for us, doing viewings at hours that suited the buyers and ourselves, rather than being confined strictly to before 6pm on weekdays and Saturday mornings only (like every other agent in Fulham) and his feedback was also prompt, detailed and realistic, which I appreciated more than anything. Other agents we had dealt with rarely gave feedback at all and more often than not it was either unconstructive or they just told you what they thought you wanted to hear. Brik is a new agency, they don’t have a vast number of properties to sell, so they work much harder on each one. They are worth every penny! Mike is definitely worth meeting for a chat.
